Here at the K Bar C we have tried some aspect of all the training methods listed here. We usually combine various techniques of different methods depending on the personality of the horse we are working with. One of the first rules we apply to our horse training is that the horse must always understand what we are telling them to do. The more you learn from different techniques, the easier it is to find the best approach for you and your horse. Like the days of the Old West, you must spend time with your horse to make that unbreakable bond and friendship for life.
